JJMP Coaching & Consulting was created by Dr. Shakirah Miller, an educator with over twenty years of experience in leadership. Dr. Miller has a proven track record of being a transformational leader and an excellent executive coach of leaders and aspiring leaders.

Dr. Miller has earned her Ed.D. in Education Leadership from Teachers College-Columbia University. Dr. Miller is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (PCC-ICF), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), earning her certification via the Center for Executive Coaching, and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) via the Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc.
